The research and development department at Andersen in Palestine, has recently concluded a legal study for the benefit of the Palestinian Monetary Authority (PMA), titled “Banking Secrecy in Palestine”. This study was prepared by a team of legal researchers led by Mahmoud Abu Sway (as lead researcher and supervisor), the participation of attorney Abed al Ghafer Hasan (researcher) and the support of research assistants from the firm’s team.
This project reflects our firm’s objectives of contributing to the advancement of the Palestinian legislative environment, depending on international and regional best practices, taking into consideration the unique reality of the Palestinian situation.
أنهت شركة أندرسون - فلسطين إعداد دراسة لصالح سلطة النقد الفلسطينية، وموضوعها: "السرية المصرفية في فلسطين"، وقد أعدت الدراسة بمشاركة فريق بحث ضم: د. محمود أبوصوي (باحثاً رئيسياً ومشرفاً على الفريق البحثي)، والأستاذ عبد الغافر حسن (باحثاً)ً، وبمساعدة عدد من مساعدي البحث من طاقم الشركة.
تأتي هذه الدراسة كجزء من مهام قسم الدراسات لدى الشركة، وفي إطار اهتمامها بالمساهمة في تطوير البنية القانونية في الواقع الفلسطيني؛ بما يتوافق مع الممارسات الفضلى على ضوء التجارب الإقليمية والدولية واحتياجات الواقع القائم.
