The research and development department at Andersen in Palestine, has recently concluded a legal study for the benefit of the Palestinian Monetary Authority (PMA), titled “Measures to Limit the Use of Cheques”. This study was prepared by a team of legal researchers led by Dr. Mahmoud Abu Sway, and the participation of attorneys Bashir Assi and Yara Abu Meizer.

This project reflects our firm’s objectives of contributing to the advancement of the Palestinian legislative environment, depending on international and regional best practices, taking into consideration the unique reality of the Palestinian situation.
