Andersen in Palestine recently concluded a research project for the benefit of the Promotion of Global Dialogue and Democracy (MIFTAH), titled "Evidence-Based Research on Internet Access and Palestinian Digital Rights", the research provides a comprehensive analysis of the state of digital rights in the Palestinian context, focusing on violations committed against Palestinians in this context and linking them to international law—including the rights to freedom of expression, privacy, and access to information—and the broader practice of human rights in the digital age. The study also discusses the intersection of these rights and legal frameworks, technological advancements, and social and political dynamics in the occupied Palestinian territory.
