Zein Hamayel

Zein Hamayel is an Associate at Andersen in Palestine and a practicing lawyer, admitted to the Palestinian Bar Association. She holds an LL.M from Durham University and a Bachelor of Law from Birzeit University. Her work focuses on leveraging regulatory frameworks to promote responsible governance, sustainable business development, and innovation in transitional economies.

Zein’s areas of expertise include corporate law, land and property rights, family business governance, and legislative reform. She is also engaged in exploring the legal dimensions of artificial intelligence in finance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the role of legal drafting in driving institutional and economic transformation.
