Bisan Nimer is a Senior Lawyer and Legal Consultant at Andersen in Palestine, renowned for her expertise in proactively managing legal disputes and ensuring seamless compliance with local laws. She leads Andersen's Contracts and Agreements Department, specializing in labor law and providing tailored consultations and policy development for international organizations.

Her academic journey includes earning an LL.M in Business Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she received the Palestinian Rule of Law Grant and focused her thesis on evaluating Palestinian Social Security Law. She also holds an LL.B in Law from Birzeit University, where she participated in the Philip Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She previously worked at the headquarters of the United Steel Workers Union in Pittsburgh, Pensselveniya.

Active in professional memberships, Bisan is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association, and Treasurer of the Palestinian Jurists Association, and participates in the General Assembly of ISTIQLAL, advocating for judicial independence and the rule of law.

She has also crafted privacy policies for Palestinian NGOs and supported SMEs through the SEC Association's agro-industry development program.
